2 problems – admin login not linking to backend and wordpress site paid for not showing on my profile

    when I type in http://www.advanced-beauty.co.za/wp-admin it is meant to take me to my dashboard but it takes me to mysite login page as if i am a user.
    I have been on the call with my hosting company and changed passwords on my php admin and deleted my old developers on the database due to relationship ending. The password left on the database is mine and correct. It is still not taking me to the dashboard…

    I have a wordpress account and paid for my wordpress site and when I log into my wordpress account it shows that I dont have a website with wordpress at all.

    Please urgently advise.

    The site I need help with is http://www.advanced-beauty.co.za. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your issue.
