    Hi there!

Please note that your site at interae.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere (likely at Namecheap). We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your hosting service for help or post on the WordPress.org community forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    1) The dates appear double, I tried everything and checked the whole forum for answers, found non.

I don’t see any published blog posts there at the moment, but if the dates appear twice, you may need to contact the theme support for assistance as the appearance of the post meta (like author name, date, etc.) is often controlled by the theme that’s in use. You mentioned using the Docent theme. You’ll want to reach out to their support for help with this.

    2) View count showing while it is disabled in settings (hit count) = https://interae.com/qual-e-a-funcao-da-resposta-catnip/

I’m not seeing any view counts on that post. Do you still see it? If yes, can you try clearing your browser cache in case you’re seeing a cached version of the site? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Note that a view count isn’t something built into the WordPress.org software, so it must be coming from the theme or a plugin. From the list of plugins you mentioned, I don’t see one that would add this feature. However, I looked up the Docent theme documentation and found this page: https://docs.themeum.com/themes/docent/customizing-docent-theme/ – which mentions the hit counter.

So if you’ve disabled it and it’s still showing up, please reach out to the theme support. This feature is coming from the theme so if it’s not working correctly, the theme developer can help you with it.

    Hope that helps.
