2 Sites, Wrong One on Paid Plan, No Response from WP

I have submitted multiple requests to WordPress and have not heard back. Any time I speak with the AI Agent, it tells me I need help from a human, but there’s no one responding to me.
My paid plan is on the wrong site and the domain is connected to the free one. How do I fix this?

If the domain name also needs to be moved between your two WordPress.com sites, you can do that from the site that currently has it under Upgrades > Domains. This guide has the steps: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/move-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-site/

@benitoalba – Thank you! I’d move the domain to the other site, but the AI Assistant has told me that the domain was cancelled and therefore can’t be transferred.

Hi there, I see that your domain and plan were canceled in January due to a chargeback, or payment reversal, when you filed a dispute with your bank. You can read more about this at https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/.
I’ll reach out to you via email to collect the chargeback fee if you want to get the subscriptions re-instated on the original site where you disputed the charges.
