2 step security authentication

Looking for a application to use on my blog for my visitors to use. I want it to be manditory for sign in, for changing any of their account information as a member, as well as my sign in and settings having that as well.
Before I start this blog security is of foremost importance.

Anyone with a WordPress.com account can enable two-step authentication using these steps:
People who have a user account on your site will need to setup two-step authentication themselves, it’s not something we can do on their behalf.
This is something that users of your site will need to setup from their own accounts, it not something we can do for them.
As well as setting up two-step authentication, there are few other things you can do to help keep your account secure:
We also monitor potentially harmful activity to ensure there is no unauthorized access to your account.
