2 Weeks of Work Gone!

    The work I’ve done on our site timothygroup.com for the last couple weeks is gone. I don’t even see restored versions or anything in the trash. It shows the last updates were made on April 7 – I’ve been in there daily revising the site and posting every day since then. What in the heck could’ve happend?

    Hi there, it looks like timothygroup.com is using the open source WP software and is hosted with a 3rd party web provider rather than being hosted here on WPcom, the hosted platform.

    Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
