2 WP accounts with access to the one website, is this possible?

  I own this page but it’s linked to another WP account, now I want to link it to my account since I am getting involved in the design and I need to buy plug-ins that for my page. For now I would like the other account to also have my page since I will need help during the designing process. Is this possible? for 2 accounts to have access as admins to the same page?

  Yes this is possible, users on WordPress.com can be added as a user as an admin.
