2015 Theme Header Image Strangeness
-
I don’t understand how the Header Image works in this theme. When I upload a logo image, it is huge and takes up the entire background of the sidebar. This is not what I want.
How can I place a square logo above the name on the sidebar, and to the left of the name when the screen is smaller? Can’t figure this out! Thanks.

The URL http://kultureshockmedia.wordpress.com redirects to http://blog.kultureshock.net/, which has the Titan Theme activated. Do you still have questions regarding the 2015 theme?

A Site Logo and a Custom Header image are different and should not be confused. There is no Site Logo option on the Twenty Fifteen theme. A custom header may be cropped on the theme, but the cropped portion will be resized to the rather peculiar dimensions of 954 pixels wide by 1300 pixels high.

Oh, I’m not using that blog anymore, I now have WordPress set up on our own server: http://blog.kultureshock.com
Thanks for the tip about Site Logo. Unfortunately the 2015 Theme doesn’t support this option, so, it looks like I’ll have to delve into the code of that theme to add it. Crap!
Weird that the call it a “Header Image” and not a “Header Background Image” which would be a more accurate description.
