  I teach Web Design at the University of Hertfordshire and I currently have 8 students in the class. I have set up 13 websites for them to develop in each of the two semesters (A and B). Last Friday, only two of eight students could access their websites in class. The fault was intermittent and I was wondering if you could prevent this from happening in future please
