2GB MP3 upload from my computer to my blog

  Hi, I have 3 separate sound files of voice recorded in MP3 on my computer which are each 2GB can you tell me how I can upload them to my blog please.I am able to embed videos but can’t seem to master this problem.Me TechNoCrass – thanks.Greg_L-W.
