2nd Domain, 2nd website needed

  I want a second, entirely separate website in wordpress. How do I accomplish this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks for your reply. When I tried to do this and chose a premium annual subscription, it listed my site url with blog.wordpress.com at the end. I want to make sure that isn’t attached to my site name before I make a payment. Will that be the case?

  Well, every site you create has to have a WordPress.com URL attached to it. So, first you have to select the name of the WordPress.com site you want. After that, you have the option of adding a custom domain that will be used as the official domain of the site. No one will be able to see the WordPress.com URL because it will be masked by your custom domain. Even when someone uses your WordPress.com URL to get to your site, it will be forwarded to your custom domain.
