2nd Login required to edit page, but does not take logins

  Hello,

  When we login we arrive at our page, but for example when we went into our page for to add – the website requires us to login again, but won’t accept our login credentials and after many attempts we are then locked out.

  We tried ‘forgot’ password but recieved nothing in our email nor our junk mail.

  Please advise and thank you!

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using https://www.thedesignagency.ca/wp-login.php to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
