300 Mb mp4 won't finish processing after upload

  We purchased the VideoPress. For the most part it has worked fine. Yesterday we uploaded a 300 Mb mp4 which, after 8 hours, still says “This video is is being processed”.

  Could you try to open the video file in QuickTime and select “Save for Web” from the File menu, then try uploading the new file.
