  Hi there, are you unable to sign up for a free WordPress.com website? Just keep clicking on the free site options when registering a new website. You might have to look for them a little (below the custom domain suggestions), but they are there. This will register a free WordPress.com subdomain like yoursite.wordpress.com or yoursite.home.blog.
