  Hello Akismet Support,

  I was unable to cancel my Akismet Monthly Subscription, I couldn’t turn off the Automatic Renewal feature neither. It had been there a few weeks ago but it’s no longer there due to the recent updates on the WordPress.com website.
  There’s no help by following the instructions you posted at the following link as many options are no longer available for me to act on.

  This is to request of cancellation of the above Subscription starting today as I can’t find any other approach to contact you.

  I see you’ve already canceled this on Akismet’s end, so there will be no further charges.

  For future, just in case, you can manage your Akismet billing at https://akismet.com/account/ and contact their support at https://akismet.com/contact/
