403 error with plugin PRESS THIS…

  how do i fix the 403 error when i try to use the plugin press this. i cant get it to work on any website but it will work on mine but i dont need to copy anything from my website. i seen someone had this problem but not very much info for me.. this worked fine till i moved over to hostgater..
