403 Forbidden

I noticed my calendar suddenly changed, a new photo and only text underneath instead of the calendar. I went to Admin to try to view the calendar and the tab is gone. Went to plug ins to activate and see the 403 Forbidden. I am the owner of the site. Any help would be appreciated

Hi, I have a similar issue. I can access https://deutschmitcharlotte.com/wp-admin/ but I can’t manage my plugins anymore. Trying to access https://deutschmitcharlotte.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?calypsoify=1 I get the following message: “403 Forbidden
Permission denied. Our sentries tell us that you should not be here.
Website owner? If you think you have reached this message in error, please contact support.”
Thanks for helping me! -
