403 forbidden error

I logged on this morning and I am getting a 403 forbidden error on our page. I am new to handling the website as we are a non profit youth sport organization all ran by volunteers. Could someone call me or email me back asap as we are in the middle of registration.

I can confirm that your site thewyaa.com is not online, and when I visit I see a 403 Forbidden error as well.
We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host (1&1 IONOS) uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.
Because if this we can’t get you unstuck but this is usually related to a permissions issue on your host. It is possible to fix it but because we don’t use the same permissions structure on WordPress.com we are not able to guide you.
The good news is that for the version of WordPress that 1&1 uses this is a fairly common and easy to fix error. You can ask for a hand with that here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
You may also want to contact 1&1 directly and see if they are able to offer any assistance. They may also offer WordPress help in-house.
