  Hi. Thanks for help.

  I gave a page a new slug. The old slug returns 404 error. I googled to find a redirect line I can add to htaccess file and I try filezilla to try to do this through ftp to my site, but no luck connecting.

  Any advice?

  What page is involved? Please send the old and new URL both. Are these the instructions you used? https://en.support.wordpress.com/slugs/

  Thank you Liz! That is the instruction I used but I changed a slug not realizing it would cause 404 errors. Ha! I’m a dummy.

  The new corrected url is https://tangerinefocus.com/tangerine-2/tangerine-media-innovation-spec-2018/

  The old one is https://tangerinefocus.com/tangerine-2/consulting-services-advancing-the-evolution-of-media/
