404 error

  When working on my site and making a backup, al of a sudden my dashboard page gave an 404 error. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins trough the wp page, activating, an updating all my plugins. Didn’t help in any way, been searching for over an hour on the internet for a solution, but can’t find it.. any ideas?
