  Site was working fine a few days ago, but is now not working. No explanation.

  Thanks for the reply. Yes, apparently emails were sent to one of my colleagues, who did not understand or forward them, and so we did not act on them. We are in touch now with The Hosting Heroes and hope to be able to resolve the problem. There is general info on their site at
