404 error on all our pages after unactivating and reactivating all plugins

  Hi!
  I had a bug with one of my plugins, the support page for that plugin suggested that I try deactivating all my other plugins to see if the problem persists.
  it did, and after i reactivated my plugins, my website stopped working. It now gives me a 404 page for every page, even my homepage.
  any idea why that’s happening?
