404 error page at the backend settings only

    Hi everyone, i get no page found error whenever i want to access any of the settings at the backend such as Setings, Appearance, Plugins, Pages and the others. I can only access the wp-admin dashboard. My site is running fine in the front end without having 404 pages but i am facing the issue at the backend. Whenever i try to edit a page it will just redirect. kindly help me fix this, as i have tried every possible solution i got online such as renaming the plugin folder at the cpanel, renaming the current theme folder so that it makes use of the default wordpress theme, and lot more. thanks.
