404 error, unable to view admin login page

  After i had deleted the plugin All in One migration, my website went down and prevented me from viewing anything. I’ve tried a lot of the solutions from searching up google.

  1) replacing the codes inside the file .htaccess
  2) renaming the files individually in theme folder and plugin folder
  3) checked the wp option URL and there was no mistake.

  Can someone help me out?
