5.01 update messed up the views – views are 0 in all new posts

    Hi!
    I noticed that after the new 5.01 update, all my WP:s native site view counts stopped gaining, and all new posts are showing 0 views in WP’s Article list.

    The Jetpack still counts article views normally, but it shows daily views only, not all views on posts like WP’s own views counter in Article editor.

    What seems to be the problem? (I have no skills of coding or programming)

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software.

    Are you speaking of the count showing on the posts list in WP-Admin ->Posts ->All posts, or at WordPress.com ->My sites ->Blog Posts?

    If it’s the info displaying on WordPress.com we might be able to look into it from our end, but for Jetpack stats issues it’s better to contact Jetpack support directly at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support, and for built-in features of the WordPress software itself the best place for support is https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
