"5-minutes installation" does not open

  Hello Community,

  I have the following problem. When I open my domain in the browser, a page appears with the text “this page is under construction” instead of the “5-minute installation”.
  I have checked my steps several times and unfortunately can not find the error. But I think it’s something very obvious, what I overlook here.
