500 HTTP error

    I am getting in touch with you because I have a bit of a potential crisis with my website – basically, whenever I try to login to my wordpress admin dashboard, I get a HTTP error 500 – I believe that there was an error updating themify and I need access to the website’s root files in order to fix this.     The only sites I see on your @mel0303 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – https://burchfamilyontour.wordpress.com/

    However, that site does not display a 500 error, and 500 errors are in general not possible on sites hosted on WordPress.com. Is it possible you created your site under a different login using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
