500 Internal Server Error

I have done everything possible but nothing is working to get rid of this Internal Server Error message. My website has been down for hours. I tried creating a new .htaccess file, increasing PHP memory, deactivating all of my plugins, uploaded fresh wp-content and wp-includes files, etc., and nothing. Can someone please help me. I’m not a tech guru and can’t afford a programmer. Is there any way to take a look and see if there is an issue on the server?
