  Hi there. I went to log into my admin page on WordPress and received the 500 Internal Server Error message. I have no idea with this is and how to fix it!

  Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by iPage. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
