$500 site taken down

    I had a company make me a site thru GoDaddy last year.$500.It ended up a being a WP site.In less than 2 weeks they eliminated it, domain, and email from web because I couldn’t come up with additional 1500 to 2k they said they needed for marketing.Two weeks later I had it but by then no response to calls or emails.i have all emails,cc receipts as well as dated signed contract.now i can NEVER just log into WordPress because of this.no idea what they used, I can only use the app…Nor can I reset social sales rep purchases..it’s not any of my emails.site was …Sonny Mccarmack.xyz/wp/admin.i only logged in once.what can I do ? Happy to divulge company’s name.. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I’m afraid we’re not able to help you, as your site is not hosted with us and we don’t have any access at all to it.

    You used the open source WordPress software for that site – anyone can download this software from the WordPress.org website and use it for any purpose they want, and such sites have no connection at all to WordPress.com, which is a hosting provider like GoDaddy.

    If you had the WordPress software installed on a hosting account at GoDaddy, only they can help you regain access to the site, so please contact them directly for help.
