  Please help,

  My website is down with a 502 Bad Gateway message. This is a critical time for us and we need the site up and running ASAP.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to the site, feelsupreme.wordpress.com? If so, I am able to view it without issue on my end. Are you still having issue viewing it on your end?

  Ahhh…you are referring to a self-hosted site.

  I’m sorry, but feelsupreme.co.uk/shop is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

  The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
