504 Error

  Hi all, i’m fairly far along the process of completing my website, although have just come across the following issue which is holding me up….. when in the dashboard, navigating to ‘appearance’ and then ‘menu’ i’m getting the following message…
  Sorry, that didn’t work.
  Please try again or come back later.
  504 Error. Gateway Timeout.
  It appears to be only the menu option that is producing this issue, everything else seems to be fine.
  I’ve already spoke to hosting provided who have done everything their end, i’ve deactivated all plugins and theme but still had the same problem and ive also re-installed wordpress and tried, then updated wordpress again and tried, can anyone help with any alternative ideas?
