Good morning :)
I can see that you have the business plan added to hub.tennis. With this plan, there is not a storage limit. If you’re still facing trouble write back and let me know.
Oh! Don’t forget that the business plan gives you 24 hr live chat support. Just go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ to open up a chat. It will be the fastest avenue to get resolution. We will happily assist you in the forums, of course, but being asynchronous means it can take a bit longer.

Hi Liz!
Thanks for the swift reply… unfortunately I am still facing the same issue with the timeout error.
I’ll get online with one of you guys in a bit
Thanks!

@sportsgsites would you mind reaching out directly to support for your plan? You can do that here https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Also if you’d rather work privately via email we can do that too. If you want to share here what process was producing the 504 error, we may be able to point you in the right direction. But I do think our business support is your best bet still. Our forums team works mainly with free sites (which don’t have any outside themes or plugins), so we don’t run into this type of request very often.
