6 month expired domain name renewal

    I want to renew my 6 month expired domain name and was told to contact support. I tried on my own and was also told the offer expired.

    Please advise.

    Hi Krista – It looks like you’ve already managed to re-purchase the domain thepolkadotmaven.com through GoDaddy.

    It also looks like you managed to renew your domain mapping for two years instead of one. Just let me know if you’d like me to adjust that back to one year, and issue a $13 refund for the extra year.
