  Hi there,

  All WordPress.com upgrades except domains can be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase here:

  However, it appears you have instead filed a chargeback against us with your bank right after posting this thread. Chargebacks are a serious matter – you’ve effectively accused us of committing fraud – so that payment is now frozen and we have no ability to refund it. You will need to wait for your bank to complete their investigation into the matter, after which they will refund you. This process can take several months.

  If instead you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank, we can cancel and refund your domain, opiumdecor.com. But we cannot do that while the chargeback is still pending.
