  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Those charges were placed under a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  You use the transaction ID you just posted to recover access to the account via https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Then, under the correct account, you can cancel and refund this from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
