  I have a wp.org website but no wp.com site. My checking account was debited $96 for wp.com premium. Why, and how can I get a refund? Thanks!

  Yes, we can help. The charge didn’t come from this account though.

  Can you sign in to the account where the charge occurred? If not, check your email for the receipt notification that we sent. Try signing in at WordPress.com with that email address, or let me know which site is mentioned in the receipt notification email.
