99% of my blog posts are under excluded status in google console

  99% of my blog posts are ‘ Discovered – Currently Not Indexed ‘ in google search console, what can i do about it? when i did reach, i found a google article that says this happens because the site was expected to get overloaded had it been crawled. Is it a problem from my webhosting company? am on self hosting service
