99 versus 73

    Hi — I just saw this was autorenewed, and I decided not to renew, but I see I am only being refunded $75 of the $99 for the coming year. Is it possible to be refunded the full $99? It was autorenewed a few days ago. All the best, Jill

    @jillystod it looks like it kept the cost of the domain renewal.

    Do you want to use the domain elsewhere or cancel it? Please note canceling does not ‘release’ the domain; it deactivates it and returns it to the registrar. It can be costly or impossible to get it back. What do you want to do with the domain?
