a bug when changing the address of a website

    I changed the website address in “manage blogs” but this site already had a domain and I changed it but now when I try to access this site to do anything or edit it does not open and gives me a 404 error and now the site continues with the same address but when I try to edit it it tries to enter the wrong page that I changed the name and gives this error 404, please i dont know how to solve this i never got a problem like this

    It’s not possible to change a site address on that page. May I know what exactly you are trying to do?

    Are you trying to change the address of your site aldeirestoque.com?

    If yes, you’ll need to contact your hosting company for help. I see the site is hosted by Hostgator. Since it’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site, we are unable to help with this, as our platform is different (WordPress.com).

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
