  A client from Spain is trying to pay but cannot. Per the client, ‘We can access the website and Shopping Cart from Spain. The problem is that once entering the Billing Address Spain is not on the list.
  We need to put a Spanish Billing Address for entering a credit card.’

  Please advise ASAP as this is holding up a transaction.

  Just to clarify, is the someone that is having trouble paying YOU for goods or services through your website?

  Or are they someone who is having trouble purchasing a website plan from WordPress.com?
