    My website cannot be be accessed by anyone! What can I do to get it back up and working? Why has this happened? and why cant I call anyone to get immediate hepl?

    If you are, can you contact your host with any error messages and links you’re getting

    The free WordPress software is free code by a community of users. It doesn’t have a call center. But generally your hosting provider will be able to help, especially if you send them the error and what not.

    We are a separate managed hosting service, and we do provide direct customer service with any site on one of our paid plans. Here’s a bit more info on the difference:
