A Domain I purchased but I can't access

    Hi there! A few months ago I purchased and was in the process of creating Heideninstitute.com. I paid $99 for the premium plan. My boss asked me to wipe the website clean because they were going to start over with professional web designers. So I ‘canceled’ the website (I don’t know what you call it). They are now trying to use the same domain and create a new website but it says it’s unavailable. I still have heideninstitute (.wordpress.com) in my WP account. Do you know how Heiden Ortho can gain access to that domain again?
