A dysfunction of the site + my WP developer is blocked

    Hello! I need help. I have a problem with my site, I can’t access it (only with recovery mode) I’m getting emails from WordPress there is an error with one of my plugins.That error happened after all the plugins were updated. My web guy can’t access the site to fix it. How can I contact WordPress so they will unblock my web guys IP address ?? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host embracepresets.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically, we use a custom infrastructure on WordPress.com that does not offer a “recovery mode” option.
