A jacket I ordered from someone else inthis website.

    I purchased a black GMC jacket using my credit card. I recieved ab email telling me my order was processed and a number was sent as a order number I think. It also showed my home address where it should have been sent to. It’s been over a month andI havent seen a jacket or any other correspondents from the seller.
    What can I do?

    You’re posting in the support forums for WordPress.com. We can only help you with issues regarding using WordPress.com and hosting a site on our servers.

    If you bought a jacket from a specific website, the only people who can help you with queries about your order are the owners of that specific website. Even if the site was hosted on our servers, we couldn’t help with this as we are not in any way involved with the actual running of the website, nor of the business that owns it.

    If the owners of the site are not responding to you, you can always go to your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charge, but that’s as much as I’m able to help here.
