A More Visible Way To Show New Comments

    Was just wondering if there was a way to show new comments more easily, I mean I can see them in the comments list fine and if a person comments for the first time it shows as a number on the dashboard “2 Pending” or however many comments are pending. But if they come back to my blog and comment again it auto-accepts the comment I think, which is annoying because I sometimes miss comments.
    Basically I am suggesting either a way to stop auto-accepting comments (I may just be missing a control that does this) or just simply add a new counter under “Pending” and “Spam” called “New” or something along those lines.

    You can choose to Moderate every comment. That’s done on this page > Settings > Discussion
    scroll down to:
    E-mail me whenever
    __E-mail me whenever Anyone posts a comment
    __A comment is held for moderation

    scroll further down
    Before a comment appears
    __An administrator must always approve the comment
    __Comment author must have a previously approved comment
    select “An administrator must always approve the comment”
    click “save changes”
