A previous domain has been hacked using wordpress

The following site was run by a person within the parish of Hythe in Kent, England:
The site is now run by Japanese cartoon porn but the name is still linked to a few Catholic national and international web directories.
Is there any way to get the person using this domain name to change it or delete it, I am currently looking to see if the person who setup this domain is still paying for it and if this is the case this will handed over to the Catholic church. -
Hi there, WordPress is a software program that anyone can download, install and use on a 3rd party web hosting provider.
According to a WHOIS search on that domain, it looks like the domain name expired last year and was subsequently purchased by someone else. There is no real way to get them to change or delete that domain since they now own it (unless you want to offer them huge sums of money to do so).
If they are in violation of their new web hosting provider’s terms of service (mixhost.jp), you may be able to report them. In the long run, however, it may be easier to contact the sites that are still linking to it to ask them to remove their link.
Looking through the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine’s copy of that site at https://web.archive.org/web/20190406050117/http://www.catholic-hythe.org/ it doesn’t appear that that domain was ever hosted here on the WPcom platform.
