A rogue page google finds instead of my published site
-
I am going demented here. I have been struggling for months to get my site verified but it has so far failed. Yesterday I finally discovered why. There is rogue page out there that must have been a first page I every tried to create. It’s an empty page but does have my correct menu on it. I cannot find this page anywhere within my dashboard to delete it. PLEASE can anyone help?

I see you never replied to the thread you started in July 2019, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-website-has-gone-from-the-internet/
What is the URL of the site you are referring to? I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site? -
I did not get any notification that anyone had replied. That was back in July and I was still building my site & that question is no longer relevant. What is relevant is the question I have posted today. The rogue page I refer to is:

It seems strange to me that it only ever finds this strange page that I cannot find anywhere in the dashboard & yet I have a fully functioning built website which it doesn’t find?
I requested it’s removal via google and the status is now removed but .. it’s still there.

I see a “page not found” message when I visit that link. Try clearing your browser cache once:
