  I’m considering adding a social/chat page. need advice or recommendations please. Can this be good or a bad idea?

  Hi @alibertatummaximus these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

  Free managed sites here aren’t able to install plugins beyond the what we’ve added for them, for example. So I’d recommend asking in the forums for self-managed site instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
