A WordPress Blog is Stealing My Typepad Blog Content

Hello,
I have just discovered that all of my Typepad blog content is being copied and pasted onto a WordPress website called: https://online-therapy.org/
This WordPress owner is stealing my intellectual property and is using it to advertise products without my permission. He is also copying and pasting content from 6 other blogs.
There is no contact info on his website.
Is there anyone who could support me to contact WordPress and get this WordPress blog taken down? https://online-therapy.org/
I cannot access WordPress support as I do not have an active/paid WordPress blog.
If you have a paid WordPress account could you please pass my information to WordPress support via a help ticket or send me a direct contact email for WordPress?
That would be much appreciated.

I thought it was WordPress as he is using a WordPress favicon.
I tried what you suggested, but I cannot make sense of what I have found.

That site uses the open source wordpress.org which is totally different from the wordpress.com platform.
The hosting is a firm in Istanbul (Turkey), https://www.whois.com/whois/online-therapy.org. You could try to contact them. Good luck!
