  I do not want this to renew. I never used it and never will. My credit card does not appear to be on record, and there are no purchases on record either. The website was not user-friendly, which is why I never used it. I cannot even figure out how to cancel the account, as the instructions given for canceling auto-renewal are completely inapplicable to my dashboard. Aaargh!

  This usual happens when that purchase is connected to another account of yours. To restore access to your other account that owns that purchase, https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
